A well-crafted estate plan can be one of the most important gifts you can give your family. Estate planning is simply planning for major life events such as death, disability or incapacity. Unfortunately, most people fail to make a plan or wait until it is too late. Often, this results in additional stress and increased financial costs for your family. While no one enjoys thinking about death, disability or incapacity, our goal is to make this process as straight forward and simple as possible so that you can concentrate on the more important aspects of life.
An estate plan may include many of the following documents:
· Last Will & Testament
· Testamentary Trusts for Minors
· Supplemental Needs Trusts (Special Needs Trusts)
· Tax Planned Trusts
· Revocable Trusts
· Irrevocable Trusts
· Durable Power of Attorney
· Medical Power of Attorney (Living Will)
· Advanced Directive to Physicians and Family Surrogates
